Dr. Hafiz Khizar

 

 

Hafiz Muhammad Usman Khizar boasts an impressive academic portfolio, with over 14 years of teaching and research experiences. He had worked for various organizations within and outside the UAE. Prior to joining UD, he served the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) in 2024 as Research Associate where he contributed to several research projects related to Emiratization. Additionally, he possess over two years of industry experience working in sales and marketing department at Coca Cola Company in Pakistan.

His teaching and research interests include strategy, organizational behavior, and sustainable entrepreneurship. He has methodological expertise in conducting Systematic Literature Reviews  (SLR) and Bibliometric studies. His research has appeared in cross-disciplinary journals, including Journal of Business Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, R&D Management, Journal of Innovation & Knowledge, Journal of Macromarketing, Asian Business & Management, Sustainable  Development, and Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Technology.
