Dr. Abeer Abdulla Ali Abdulla AlSumaiti

Dr. Abeer also brings a strong academic foundation to her leadership. She is an alumna of Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program and holds two Master’s degrees as well as a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Administration from highly respected academic institutions.
Dr. Ahmad Khalid Al Falasi
Graduated with a PhD in Finance where a multi Essay approach has been adopted examining Conventional Finance and Islamic Finance and economy, where his field of research focused on applying stochastic frontier analysis in efficiency measurements, in addition to a focus on Venture Capital and Private Equity concepts and models.
Dr. Ahmad underwent his MBA in Finance and Accounting from UD prior to that. Additionally, he enrolled in Master of Law (LLM- ABD) perusing both tracks (Financial Crimes and Money Laundry) and (Arbitration and Alternative Dispute resolution), establishing a strong foundation that combines business strategy with legal expertise. In addition, he achieved his Bachelor degree from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane Australia.
With over 16 years at Dubai Government, Ahmad has built a distinguished career, contributing to landmark projects and playing a pivotal role in organizational development. During this period, he has held responsibilities that span strategic planning, project management, leadership and team oversight, ensuring both growth and compliance in a highly competitive environment.
Academically, Dr. Ahmad Bin Turkiah Al Falasi has worked as a part time professor at the University of Dubai teaching in multidisciplinary courses.
Currently, Dr .Ahmad continues to leverage multidisciplinary expertise, as this unique blend of roles highlights his ability to bridge multidisciplinary frameworks, fostering collaboration across diverse sectors.

Dr. Rashid Abdullah Al Rahmah
Holds a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and serves as Vice President in Internal Audit at First Abu Dhabi Bank, where he oversees reviews of Group Finance & Treasury. He brings over 12 years of combined experience across both government and private sectors, with extensive expertise in banking, treasury, internal audit, and risk management. He has also earned multiple professional designations including CPA, CISA, and CFE. Additionally, Dr. Rashid leads entrepreneurial ventures in technology and retail, reflecting his commitment to innovation and business growth. He is equally passionate about national development and creating sustainable opportunities for future generations, having participated in the UAE Nafis Leadership Program and several global executive modules at Cambridge, NUS, and IE University.
Mr. Khalid Ahmad Khadim
Is a senior Emirati HR leader with 14+ years of experience in telecom, digital government, and civil aviation. As Sr. Director of Human Capital, he drives workforce planning, talent development, and digital HR transformation. A Master’s graduate in HR & Leadership from the University of Dubai, he is also a GDI Distinguished Innovator and multi-award winner, including CHRO of the Year 2024, HR Leader of the Year, and Top 50 HR Icons. His work is recognized globally for advancing innovation, leadership, and lifelong learning in HR.
Dr. Salem Bakhit Al Falasi
Is a court-appointed financial expert, certified arbitrator, and the founder of AFS Auditing & Accounting (AFS Group) in Dubai. He holds a PhD in Quality and Excellence from Liverpool Business School, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a licensed Tax Agent by the UAE Federal Tax Authority, and an ACCA fellow. Dr. Al Falasi is a registered arbitrator with leading arbitration centers including the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Abu Dhabi Arbitration Centre, Fujairah Centre for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration, and Ras Al Khaimah Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration. He is also an active member of the Emirates Association for Accountants and Auditors, the Emirates Association for Management Consultants & Trainers, and the Emirates Inventors Association. In addition, he has authored four published books and lectures at Dubai Men’s College (HCT) and Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University.
Ms. Laila Alawi Al Saadi
Is an accomplished Emirati leader with over 14 years of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation. Her academic journey reflects a deep commitment to continuous learning: she holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Dubai, a Bachelor’s degree in IT (Networking & Information Security) from Zayed University, and has pursued multiple professional diplomas and certifications in innovation, leadership, and technology.
Laila currently serves as the Director of Programs & Innovation at Thara Hub – Ajman Chamber, where she designs and leads national programs to support startups and SMEs. She has collaborated with key ecosystem partners, delivering initiatives that empower youth, women, and industrial entrepreneurs.
Her contributions have earned her awards such as the Kaizen Award from Dubai Quality Group, 1st place at Ajman X Academy, and inclusion in the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund’s first cohort. She also actively leads workshops and mentorship sessions in partnership with Dubai Housing, Red Crescent, and other national entities.

Mr. Mohamed Khaled Al Ansari
Is a Business Analytics Manager at HSBC with a strong background in artificial intelligence and data science. He holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from the University of Dubai, where his thesis focused on the impact of large language models (AI) on student learning outcomes. Professionally, he has built experience across consulting and banking, starting as an AI Consultant at PwC and later transitioning into the financial sector, where he develops advanced dashboards, and automation pipelines within MENAT region. His work spans complex data modeling, AI-powered solutions, and strategic insights for leadership. Beyond his career, Mohamed is deeply engaged in the UAE’s youth and innovation ecosystem. He is a graduate of the NAFIS Leadership Program, a member of the NAFIS Youth Council, and an active mentor for university students.
Mr. Abdulla Juma Al Suwaidi
Group CEO of UXE Security Solution and the Investment Office Director at the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA). Over the past years, he have focused on building and leading innovative security and AI-driven platforms, including SecurePath, Madar, VideoGuard, and Shahin, which have played a key role in transforming regional security infrastructure.
Through his leadership at UXE, he have guided the successful delivery of projects such as the Keyless Smart Key initiative (2023), the Location Intelligence platform (2019), and the first government-backed digital market (2020) — milestones that positioned his company as a trusted leader in smart and digital solutions.

Mr. Khaled Ali Al Shizawi
Is a senior HR leader with over 14 years of expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and human capital management.
He holds a Master’s in Human Resource and Leadership from the University of Dubai and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Banking.
As Head of Talent Acquisition at the UAE Space Agency, he drives recruitment, manpower planning, and talent engagement to advance the nation’s space exploration vision.
Previously at TDRA, he delivered award-winning projects, including the TDRA Career Platform and HR process automation.
Khalid is CIPD Level 5 certified, SHRM-credentialed, and holds workforce strategy accreditations.
He has earned multiple awards for innovation in HR and excellence in talent acquisition and retention.

Ms. Maggie Suheil Mansour
Is an accomplished compliance leader with over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, spanning exchanges, clearing houses, brokerage, and banking. She holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from the Arab Academy for Banking & Financial Sciences and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Dubai, graduating with highest honors with a focus on Financial Crimes and Anti-Money Laundering.
Maggie is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS).
Currently, Maggie serves as the Compliance Director for the Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange and Dubai Commodities Clearing Corporation, subsidiaries of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), a strategic initiative of the Government of Dubai.
Maggie is also committed to community development and financial literacy. She volunteers as a trainer with the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) and the Ghaya Financial Literacy Program, providing training to young Emiratis. As a registered volunteer in the UAE, she has participated in numerous educational and social campaigns and has contributed to several mentorship programs, including those at the University of Dubai.
Mr. Mohammad A. Abdulla
Holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Masters in General Business Administration from the University of Dubai. He is a Member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), an Associate Member of the International Compliance Association (ICA), and a graduate of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) International Leaders Program – Cohort 7. Ms. Naama Al Nsour
Is a seasoned governance, risk, and audit professional with over 17 years of experience shaping the UAE’s financial and corporate landscape. A proud alumna of the University of Dubai, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and has since built a distinguished career with the Empower, Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), Dubai Financial Market (DFM), Arabtec Holding, and xCube L.L.C.
Naama has been at the forefront of advancing governance, compliance, and internal audit practices, designing frameworks, leading high-impact strategies, and contributing to board-level governance through key charters, policies, and risk structures.
An advocate for leadership in governance, she is an active member of the UAE Internal Audit Association and holds certifications including Certified Chief Audit Executive (LSBF), Certified Company Secretary & Board Member (Hawkamah), and SCA-licensed Head of Risk. Her thought leadership spans compliance, sustainability, fintech risk, and AI-driven audit solutions.
Ms. Maryam Abdulkarim Al Beshri
Is a senior compliance leader with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector in the UAE. Maryam is a proud graduate of the University of Dubai, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking. Her academic foundation in financial management and banking operations has been instrumental in shaping her career and fueling her passion for regulatory excellence. Amina El Marzak
A higher education leader with 20+ years of experience in internship education, career development, student services, and alumni engagement. As Director of Internship, Career Development, and Alumni Relations at the University of Dubai, she drives employability programs, builds industry partnerships, and strengthens UD’s talent ecosystem.
She previously led UD’s Student Services Department for a decade and is the architect of the Internship & Career Development Center, the Alumni Relations Office, and the UD Alumni Association, now connecting over 4,000 graduates. Under her leadership, UD has secured AED 5 million+ in scholarships and AED 1 million+ in corporate sponsorships.
Amina has supported international institutions as a USAID mentor and led educational missions worldwide. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, she is known for her strategic vision, cultural intelligence, and commitment to student-centered practices. Mohammed Shael Al Saadi
Mohammed Al Saadi is a highly accomplished leader in the Dubai government sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Dubai Corporation for Consumer Protection and Fair Trade. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum
Mohammad is a graduate of Bachelor program, majored in Finance & Banking 2008. Mohammed holds the position of Business Manager at the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) since 2005. Additionally, Mohammed is a leading business man in Dubai, with a number of interests in the transportation and hospitality sectors.
Mohammed accepted the post of President of the University of Dubai Alumni Association in May 2009. He hopes to lead the Association to even greater success in the upcoming years.
Nasser Al Abdool
Nasser started his professional experience as a junior staff at the National Bank of Dubai while continuing his higher diploma at Dubai University College (currently the University of Dubai). It provided him with the opportunity to apply the latest information technology to the banking system and automate several manual transactions. Later on, he joined Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank as Personal Banking Supervisor.
Nasser graduated from the University of Dubai with a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Banking in 2007. Upon his graduation, he was promoted to the position of Branch Manager. Aligned with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid's statement "Innovation is our only way to build a great history of the UAE… the future will be for those who adopt innovation", Nasser decided to continue his Master Degree in Innovation and Change Management with Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University. He believes that the professional organization requires employees who have professional qualifications to bring the best of skills and abilities for the growth and profitability of the organization.
In 2012, after almost five years of branches experience, he was selected as Regional Manager at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, managing nine branches in Deira Area. Nasser joined the UDAA Board of Directors in 2009. He brings his extensive management experience to the Board, as well as his commitment to success and achievement.
Ali Ahmed Hassan Angizeh
Ahmad is a graduate of the Bachelor's program, majoring in Management in 2010. He obtained an Executive MBA from the American University of Sharjah in 2014. He completed Senior Executive Leadership Program with Harvard Business School in June 2019. Currently, he is the Vice President Landside and Facilities at Dubai Airports & Dubai World Central, with more than 15 years of work experience, at Airside Operations, Dubai Airports. Back from Sept 2012 to Oct 2014, he was VP of Cargo & Logistic Dubai International Airport & Al Maktoum International Airport leading the operational management of all cargo facilities at Dubai International Airport and Dubai World Central. In Oct 2014 to June 2016, he was Positioned, VP – Airside Operations Dubai. He was fully responsible for the development and implementation of a safe and efficient operational strategy, providing a compelling purpose and vision for Airside Operations. Ali is certified in ACI-GSN2 Airside Safety Awareness and GSN5 Advanced Safety Management System. He was recognized for making valuable contributions to the company over the years, moreover, he was elected in the Dubai Government Excellence Program DEGP and a member of The ACI world forum.
Ahmed Khalifa Al Falasi
Ahmed Khalifa Al Falasi, Member of UDAA, is a graduate of the Bachelor's program, majoring in Management in 2006. After graduation, he worked at the Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department and later joined Dubai Media Incorporated as the Director of Strategy & Corporate Excellence. Now, he holds a position with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department as General Manager - Partnership Relations. Ahmed is a Certified European Excellence Assessor from the European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM) and a Dubai Excellence Award Program (DGEP) winner.

She did a training course "Master Students Exchange Program" at Cardiff University, Wales, UK., Leadership & Multiculturalism Course, Al-Maktoum Institute, Dundee, Scotland and G.C.C- Hungarian Youth Exchange Program, Budapest, Hungary – 2008. Author of Conference Paper Titled: Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), Work Engagement and Job Satisfaction among selected employees in the United Arab Emirates during the early stages of the pandemic, DNA for HR Leaders, and The Effect of Indoor Air Quality on Occupants' Health and Performance in Office Buildings in Dubai. Currently she is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Emirates Development Bank.
Dr. Capt. Sultan Salem AlShamsi
Sultan is a holder of Ph.D. degree in Management from the University of Dubai, a Master of Organizational Excellence and a Bachelor degree in Quality Management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and a Master of Aviation Management from Emirates Aviation University. He is a Helicopter Pilot and currently he works as Aerodromes Operations Inspector in the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA). He also a speaker and a presenter.
Mohammed Hamdan Alshehhi
He is a holder of Bachelor degree in Computer Information System and a Master degree in Business Administration from Abu Dhabi University. Currently he works as Technical Lead in Automation and AI Expert at Etisalat. He has Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer Advance 2019 Certificate, ITIL Expert certification and Cisco Certified Network Associate. Digital Transformation/Robotics, HR Sourcing Strategy, and Engineering are his field of expertise.
Fahad Anoohi
He is a holder of Bachelor degree in Accounting. Auditor with extensive experience who is committed to enhancing corporate compliance, workflow, and procedures through audits and optimization suggestions. He also participated in development of SAP Audit Integrity Screening. Currently he works as Internal Audit Specialist at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA).
Ammar Bin Risheed
He is a holder of Bachelor degree in Finance & Banking. He is the Founder & CEO of Ilyas TECH Mobility and Co-Founder & Co-CEO for Stealth Startup. Currently he is taking the "Alternative Investments" course/diploma from Harvard Business School. He joined the UAE Sovereign Wealth Fund portfolio of companies while working for Monet.
Rashed Khalil Obaid Ali

Amer Rashed AlMehairi
He is a holder of Bachelor degree in Computer Information System. More than 20 years of experience in specialized technical and administrative work and implementation of service strategies, excellent experience in recruitment, smart services and development of services and projects. Currently he is working as Director of the Command & Smart Control Center at General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs. He received the Medal of Excellent Service and the Medal of Sincere Service from Dubai Police. He is a member of the European Liaison Officers Organization, member of International Air Transport Association (IATA), and a member of IPT.
Khalid Khadim
Emirati with over 12 years of experience in HR field in Telecom and Digital Government industry and has managed several projects involved leadership upskilling & employees capacity building. He holds Master's degree in HR and Leadership from University of Dubai, SHRM PMQ, MBTI-step II practitioner and he is Certified in Kirkpatrick four levels evaluation model. He has led different innovative projects endorsed by global professional body and he has enhanced the learning strategy within the organization to build lifelong learning culture. In 2012, after nearly five years of experience managing branches, he was appointed as Regional Manager at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, overseeing nine branches in the Deira Area. Later, he took over Dubai Region with more than 25 branches in 2017 and moved to Abu Dhabi Region in 2022.

Ali Ahmed Hassan Angizeh

Ali is a distinguished graduate of the Bachelor's program, majoring in Management graduated in 2010. With over 17 years of work experience at Dubai Airports, he is currently leading Landside and Facilities at Dubai Airports & Dubai World Central.
