UD is segregated. The university also maintains student exchange agreements with prominent institutions worldwide.

The admission fee is AED 1,260, inclusive of 5% VAT. This amount is non-refundable.

Yes. UD offers a wide range of scholarships, up to 100%. The major discounts include, but are not limited to:

• 50% on undergraduate programmes for students with a high school score of 90% and above
• 35% on undergraduate and 20% on graduate programmes for Esaad card holders
• 30% on undergraduate and 15% on graduate programmes for holders of other government cards
• 60% for nurses and doctors working in public hospitals
• 20–50% for students joining from academic partner schools

The charge covers one year and includes the administration cost, entry permit, medical fee, amendment, stamping, cancellation where applicable, and the Emirates ID card.

Health insurance is mandatory under UAE law; the figure above is for the basic option. Visa fees follow any increase or decrease set by the Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department. All fees are in UAE Dirhams and subject to change.
