Additional Information for Transfer Students

Transfer student should submit the original attested transcripts in a sealed and stamped envelope along with the official course syllabi from the university attended. Student must get an approval of the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) in order to complete the transfer process for universities outside the UAE.

Employment Status

An applicant must provide the following documents for admission

• Original Bachelor's degree certificate or certified equivalent approved by the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE).
• Valid passport copy
• 2 Years' experience is preferred
• Four recent passport-size photographs (colored with white background) or in JPEG file format
• TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent certificate in original as stated under Admission Criteria.
• Pay non-refundable AED 1,800 for the enrollment fee (Admission/ID Card/Technology Fee).

2. I agree to pay the tuition fees in full prior to the start of every semester by cash, credit card or post-dated cheques. I understand that non-payment of tuition fees will result in my exclusion from the course until payment is fully made.
3. I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the University of Dubai (UD) as mentioned in the Undergraduate Student Handbook.
4. I understand that falsified information or failure to supply all original and certified documents could result in admission denial or dismissal from the university.
5. All required documents shall be provided before / by joining UD.
6. I understand that tuition and other fees are subject to change during my period of study at UD. These changes shall be duly informed to me ahead of time through the university’s official mode of communication.
