Dr. Ahmed Al-Gindy is an Associate Professor at the University of Dubai’s College of Engineering and Information Technology (UD-CEIT) and Director of the University of Dubai Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (UD-IEC). He previously served as Research Director at RQST and as a Senior Consultant to UK–UAE advisory firms. He holds a PhD from the University of Bradford, UK, and a certificate in BPMI from George Washington University. A Certified Academic Program Assessor with the Association of Arab Universities, he has published over forty peer-reviewed works in watermarking, AI, IoT, and inclusive education and contributed to CAA-accredited programme development. Al-Gindy is the Chair of Student Activities for the IEEE UAE.
