Overview

Dr. Bushra Khan is a legal scholar with extensive teaching and research experience. She has served as an Assistant Professor at Bahria University and Lecturer at International Islamic University, Islamabad, specializing in Public International Law, Islamic Law, and Human Rights. She earned her Ph.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame and is a Fulbright Scholar. Dr. Khan has supervised LL.M. and Ph.D. research, led moot court teams to international competitions, and consulted for Pakistan’s National Security Division and the ICRC. She is also Editor-in-Chief of PJLAW, with publications on international law and counter-terrorism.
