Dr. Mahwish Anjam is an Assistant Professor at the University of Dubai, bringing more than twenty-two years of experience across higher education and corporate training. She holds a PhD in Management and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA, UK), with expertise spanning Sustainable and Responsible Management, Strategic Management, Culture, and Entrepreneurship. Her research appears in prestigious peer-reviewed journals, and she is active in editorial and review roles for conferences and publications, most recently as Lead Editor of Innovations in Management, Technology, and Performance (CRC Press/Routledge, 2026). She has held leadership roles at several universities, including two deanships. Her rich experience in teaching and administration, coupled with industry expertise in management, makes her a fully dedicated educationist.
