Dr. Zaid M. Al Adwan a bilingual legal academic and consultant specializing in international commercial law, banking law, and arbitration. Holds a Ph.D. in International Commercial Law from the University of Sussex, UK, and has taught at universities in Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, and the UK. His scholarship, published in leading journals such as the Journal of Financial Crime and Banking and Finance Law Review, explores letters of credit, cross-border trade law, and arbitration. Alongside academia, he is a legal consultant and a solicitor, advised governments and clients on different commercial contracts and dispute resolution.
