Overview
Dr. Areej Aftab Siddiqui is a faculty of International Trade and Business since 2009. She has been teaching courses on International Trade Regulations, Trade Documentation, Global Sourcing, Trade Facilitation and Customs Management. She has publications in key areas of Trade Facilitation, Trade Operations, Emerging Economies, Foreign Direct Investment and Trade Agreements. Dr. Areej has worked on projects on implications of Trade related aspects for various government and private organisations.
Education
Dr. Areej Aftab Siddiqui is a PhD in International Economics from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India (University rank 6 in India as per NIRF). She is a Masters of International Business (2009) (Gold Medallist) and Graduate in Economics. Dr. Areej also possesses a Certificate in Strategic Sourcing from Michigan State University, Eli Broad College of Business, USA (2015), Certificate from NLPA, USA (2017) on Sourcing and Supplier Development, Post Graduate Programme in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence (2020), Great Lakes & Texas University and Certificate in Public Policy Analysis from The London School of Economics and Political Science (2023).
