Dr. Mohammad Al-Zaffin is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Dubai Business School at Dubai University. his seasoned educator with a Doctorate in Business Management, offering a blend of theoretical expertise and practical abilities for this role.
I earned my Doctorate in Business Management from Hull University in East Yorkshire, England, with a focus on "Leadership Development in Dubai Police: Utilizing Soft Systems Methodology" for my thesis. During my doctoral studies, I gained extensive teaching experience, having taught several courses over the past decade as a part-time instructor at several universities. These institutions include Hamdan Bin Mohammad Smart University, American University in the Emirates, Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai and Sharjah campuses, and Rabdan Academy in Abu Dhabi. I have taught courses in leadership, principles of management, organizational behavior, strategic management, business ethics and innovation.
Furthermore, I have spent the previous 22 years working for the Dubai Police. During this time, I have been seconded to two organizations: Dubai World Central - Dubai South and Watani El Emarat Foundation. My communication and presentation skills are exceptional, and I possess strong organizational and leadership abilities.
