Dr. Mohammad Ghazi Rabab’a  

Dr. Mohammad Rababa is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of expertise in law and academia. He obtained his PhD in Law from the prestigious University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. Since 2015, he has been an integral part of the College of Law at the University of Dubai, initially joining as an Assistant Professor and later assuming the role of Director in 2016.

At the University of Dubai, Dr. Mohammad is renowned for his teaching excellence at the graduate level, where he imparts his extensive knowledge on various law courses. Notably, he specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and International Commercial Arbitration, providing students with invaluable insights into these fields.

With a keen interest in research, Dr. Mohammad's areas of focus include arbitration, intellectual property rights, and financial crimes. His dedication to advancing legal knowledge is demonstrated through his involvement in both academic and non-academic committees at the University of Dubai, where he actively contributes to shaping the institution's policies and initiatives.

Beyond academia, Dr. Mohammad Rababa is a qualified lawyer in Jordan, possessing significant experience in the legal practice. His specialization lies in Intellectual Property Law, specifically in the realm of trademarks protection.

Dr. Mohammad's professional standing extends to his role as a qualified arbitrator. He is listed with esteemed organizations such as the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, and Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre. Through his involvement in various arbitration disputes within the UAE, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to provide impartial and effective arbitration services.

Additionally, Dr. Mohammad is entrusted with the role of legal advisor to the President of the University of Dubai, highlighting his proficiency and credibility in the legal field.
