Dr. Mohammad Said Alshuaibi

Dr. Mohammad Said Alshuaibi has joined us as an Assistant Professor in the DBS. Dr. Mohammad, holds a Ph.D. and MSc in Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia. With over 11 years of people-oriented administrative experience, he brings a strong foundation in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. Integrating real-world applications into teachings, His expertise lies in fostering a dynamic learning environment. His research, focused on workplace deviant behaviors, has resulted in several articles published in reputable journals. Beyond academia, he actively contributes to the academic community, served as a member of the postgraduate society (PGSS) at UUM. Additionally, he acted as committee member in the 3rd International Research Conference on Economics, Business, and Social Sciences.
