Overview
Dr. Mohammed El -Khider has joined us as an Assistant Professor in GUCR. Dr. El -Khider obtained his PhD from Sudan University of Science &Technology (Sudan) in Applied Mathematics in 2015. He obtained his MS degree in Industrial &Computational Mathematics from University of Khartoum (Sudan) in 2006. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from University of Khartoum (Sudan) in 2003 and Diploma in Computer Science from Sudan University of Science &Technology in 2002 (Sudan).
Dr. El Khider worked at Al Ghurair University and Emirates College of Technology for ten years to teach several courses in mathematics and statistics like. Mathematics 1 and II for Business and Science, Pre- Mathematics, College Mathematics for IT and Engineering College Numerical Analysis &Vector Analysis, Calculus I & Calculus II, Business statistics, Statistics in English and Arabic.
Dr. El -Khider has published two papers and, His research interests are in the field of Applied Mathematics (Differential Equations and partial Differential Equations), Computational Mathematics (Optimization).
He is the Member- Organizing committee- UAE Mathematics Day conference, Curriculum and Academic Assessment Committee Mathematics Coordinator, Course file Committee, Emirates College of Technology, Abu Dhabi.
He has co-chaired several conference workshops, Training and special sessions organized, Certified Quantitative Research Methods Tools & SPSS, PLS Workshop, Certified Institutional Education Conference, Emirates Colleges of Technology, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E
