UDSU Main Events/Achievements

• Organized UD Meet Dr. Eesa, Dr. Nasser, and the Deans Dr. Hussein & Dr. Amr. The students had the chance to discuss their concerns and share their ideas directly with the top management
• Got the approval to give the Undergraduate students with a CGPA over 3.6 and above a 40% discount, with the condition to have a High School Score of 85%
• Got the approval to give 20% discount for the students who are doing their internship during summer 2020 as a special case
• Handled many complaints and suggestions from the students in a very professional way, and to mention some:
  • Splitting classes for the Fall Semester
  • All the online learning issues were gathered and channeled to the right people
  • Course offering requests 
  • And many other important issues, which without their support we wouldn’t know about
• Created larger awareness among the students about the new policies and decision made by UD
• Created the YouTube channel, it was one of the great ways to reach out to the students to educate them by using tutorials
• Worked side by side with the colleges to establish the tutoring center and help the students
• Helped all the clubs with the social media, announcements and poster creations
• Promoted UD talents online & organize UD got Talents I and II
• Organized a First Aid Workshop  
• Involved heavily in organizing the Emirati National Day 
• Created the concept of “Motivational Tables” before exams to keep the students’ spirts up
• Involved in UD Club Fair 
• Involved in Cancer Awareness Day 
• Involved in Flag Day 
• Online meeting with Dubai Police 
• Increased the UDSU Instagram account by almost 40%
• UDSU Gulf Quiz on the Instagram
