PART I – Job Purpose

The Senior Administrator, is responsible for overseeing the processes related to student registration, providing front and back-end support to students, faculty and management. This role involves assisting students, maintaining data, issuing reports.

  3. Exam Support
  4. CHEDS & Report Generation
  5.  Reporting

  7. Student Data Maintenance
  8. Student Letters
  9. General Administrative Duties
  10. MoE Portal Upload
  11. Access Cards and Photos
  12. Document and Education Verification

 

PART III – PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

Briefly state the performance criteria and the periodicity of measurement

 

1.      Provide excellent customer service to students, addressing their concerns effectively

2.      Attention to details and very high level of organization skills

3.      Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate student records and documents, reducing errors and discrepancies

4.      Providing reports with a high degree of accuracy and completeness

5.      Meeting deadlines

6.      Handle administrative tasks promptly and efficiently, including phone calls, emails, and other routine duties

7.      Effectively manage issues related to sponsored students and maintain clear communication with sponsors

PART IV – SPECIFICATIONS

 

EDUCATION – Current level of education of the individual.

 

Bachelor degree in Business/IT/Engineering fields or equivalent

 

Preferred level of education
