CED Graduates 21 Students with Diploma in HRM

CED Graduates 21 students with Diploma in HRM   Center for Executive Development at University of Dubai held a graduation ceremony for 21 students who successfully completed their professional Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM). Graduates were HR professionals who chose this specific diploma to upgrade their knowledge and skills in HRM. 21 students from different UAE organizations received their certificates from H.E Dr. Eesa Al Bastaki, President of University of Dubai on February 28, 2015 at Dubai Chamber of Commerce.   The professional Diploma in HR offered by CED has duration of 4 months and is certified by Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). It covers areas like Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management, Compensation and Employee Benefits, Training & Development, UAE Labor law and others.   Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Al Bastaki stated that learning is a lifelong process and students must develop a thirst for learning all their life and upgrading their skills and knowledge continuously.   Mr. Ali Al Moumar, HR & Admin Manager who took the English version of the Diploma said ìMy future goals involve seeking a career in a major business corporation where I can††manage and oversee all Human Resources to support operations. Having graduated from CED, I feel very competent to achieve my career goals and future endeavors. He added that ìthis self-confident†is†the result of this program delivered by experienced professors who were able to enhance my current experiences with academic fundamentals.î   Ms. Hamda Taleb Al Marri, Deputy Senior Manager at Dubai Land Departments†who went for the Arabic version of the program stated that the course helped her and her colleagues in enhancing their skills and implement what they have learned in their organizations, Al Marri thanked Dr. Eesa Al Bastaki and CED team for their efforts.   _DSC0244
