Overview
Dr. Behery's academic journey commenced with a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Menoufia University's Faculty of Commerce in 1995, after which he served as a Management Lecturer for five years. In 1997, he achieved his M.B.A., and later, in 2005, he completed his Ph.D. in Management at the University of Glasgow in the United Kingdom, accredited by AACSB.
From 2006 to 2009, Dr. Behery contributed actively to the international accreditation process (AACSB) while working as an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Dubai's School of Business. Subsequently, he joined the University of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates in February 2010 and, over the course of five years, ascended to the position of Associate Professor. During his tenure, he remained deeply involved in the university's pursuit of international accreditation (AACSB).
In August 2015, Dr. Behery returned to his alma mater, the Faculty of Commerce at Menoufia University in Egypt, where he continued to teach until December 2018 when he was promoted to the esteemed rank of Professor of Management. He also took on the role of coordinating the English Section of the College of Business. His dedication led to a subsequent promotion to the position of Associate Dean for Environmental Affairs and Community Service at the university.
In January 2019, Dr. Behery re-joined the University of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, now serving as a Senior Associate Professor of Management within the School of Business. His teaching responsibilities span across undergraduate, M.B.A., D.B.A., and Ph.D. programs. Dr. Mohamed Behery boasts a remarkable track record of receiving numerous teaching accolades throughout his illustrious career. His teaching portfolio encompasses a wide array of courses and subjects, including but not limited to Central Issues in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Productivity, International Human Resource Management, Job Evaluation and Performance Measurement, Corporate Performance Management (The Balanced Scorecard), Leadership, Management and Organizational Behavior, and Leading Change and Innovation.
Dr. Behery's research contributions in the domains of leadership, human resource management, and organizational behavior have been published in internationally renowned journals, some of which are indexed by ADBC and SCOPUS. Furthermore, he has diligently supervised numerous M.S.C., D.B.A., and Ph.D. students. Dr. Behery actively engaged with the Center for Executive Development at the University of Dubai, where he conducted various training sessions for prestigious clients including the Dubai Police, Abu Dhabi Police, DEWA, and Dubai Customs.

Education
In 2016, the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities granted him the prestigious title of full professor, which was subsequently approved by the University of Menoufia Council.
He attained the position of Associate Professor in Management at the College of Business Administration (COBA) of the University of Abu Dhabi in 2012.
In 2011, the Department of Business Administration within the Faculty of Commerce at Menoufia University in Egypt honored him with the designation of Associate Professor in Management.
He earned his Ph.D. in management from the School of Business and Management at Glasgow University (AACSB) in 2005. His doctoral thesis bore the title "Change and Culture: The Balanced Scorecard and the Egyptian Fertilizer Manufacturing Sector."

Currently, he holds the position of Senior Associate Professor in Management & Human Resource Management (H.R.M.) on a full-time basis at the School of Business, University of Dubai (U.D.), U.A.E. The appointment aligns with AACSB accreditation and commenced on January 3, 2019.
He served as a Professor of Management & HRM (part-time) at the School of Business, Nile University, Egypt, while on officially sanctioned leave from September 2018 to January 1st, 2019.
In his role as Vice Dean for Environmental Affairs & Community Service and Professor of Management & H.R.M. on a full-time basis, he contributed to the Department of Business Administration within the Faculty of Commerce at Menoufia University, Egypt, starting from September 2018 to the present, with a temporary assignment in the U.A.E.
During August 2016 to August 2017, he assumed the position of Academic Coordinator for the College of Business's English Section while holding the title of Professor of Management & H.R.M. on a full-time basis at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Commerce, Menoufia University, Egypt. This appointment was conducted under official approval for working in the U.A.E.
He served as an Associate Professor of Management & H.R.M. on a full-time basis at the Department of Business Administration and concurrently acted as the College Coordinator for the English Section at the Faculty of Commerce, Menoufia University, Egypt, from August 2015 to August 2016.
His professional journey also encompassed the role of Associate Professor of Management & H.R.M. on a full-time basis at the College of Business Administration (COBA), Abu Dhabi University, U.A.E., adhering to AACSB accreditation standards. This tenure, complemented by official leave to work in the U.A.E., spanned from March 2012 to July 2015.
He commenced his academic career as an Assistant Professor of Management & H.R.M. on a full-time basis at the College of Business Administration (COBA), University of Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., while on officially approved leave to work in the U.A.E., during the period from February 2010 to February 2012.
